Planning and Manufacturing Software allows you to accurately define your work shifts including your holidays and worker’s leaves. That gives you comprehensive visibility of your available input time. Once the input time is visible the same is utilized in planning the manufacturing orders. Work orders can be either planned backward or forward based on the intended finish date.

Sparrow ERP has a robust manufacturing module that is integrated seamlessly with other ERP modules. Built-in features are designed to fit any manufacturing process more or less, but we have some special built-in features for customers of Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS).

Custom logic can be used to create MO (Manufacturing Orders) manually or automatically. Bill of Materials (BoM) and CPL (Component Placement List) can be imported into the system and linked to MO automatically or manually.

Time attributes can be assigned to each routing process step, which can be used to determine the estimated total time to complete the job.
