Group Profile


Admin can create, edit or delete group profile and take following actions

  • Allocate workspace.
  • Assign users to group.
  • Define general permissions across workspace.
  • Define explicit workspace permissions.
  • Define explicit Folder Level permission.
  • Define Home folder (to make it default root folder available when user logs in)
  • Force subscribe to folders for events like:
    • Sub folder creation
    • Sub folder deletion
    • File upload
    • File deletion
  • Define Upload limit quota.
