Multiple workspace The workspace is a distinct logical area in the application which holds group of documents and folders. A user can belong to one or multiple workspace. In a practical scenario If IntelliColl is hosted on Intranet or Extranet then you would like to create different workspace for different purpose like All HR documents can be stored in HR workspace or manage all QMS docs within Quality workspace.
